Our platform was developed in 2015 after David Stillman and Steve Richard recognized a need for determining why top performers were better than their peers. They realized it came down to one thing: the skills and behaviors they applied in their customer conversations.

Changing adult human behavior is challenging, which is why our team provides ongoing service to help you succeed. We don’t hand you logins to the platform and say “Have fun!” like other conversation intelligence providers. From the first sales conversation through implementation and renewal, our team is here to advise you on how to best achieve your goals.

Once you’re up and running in ExecVision, our team holds quarterly business reviews with each customer. During these meetings, you’ll have an opportunity to discuss how your team is performing against key metrics and receive additional guidance towards hitting existing and new goals.

We’re also here to listen if you have product feedback. Some of our best innovations started with customer conversations, so don’t be shy. There have been numerous value-added features incorporated in our software that have been developed directly as a result of customer feedback.
